Yasser Bakhit is a Palestinian refugee from Gaza who was forced to flee his home and move to Dubai, where he has been fortunate to train in swimming, running, and cycling. One day, he hopes to represent Palestine at the Olympics as a triathlete. 
He received a Cultures of Resistance Award (CoR Award) and is using the award to purchase a road bike.
