Cultures of Resistance Awardee — Vietnam
Tran To Nga is a Vietnamese environmental activist. During the Vietnam War, she was sprayed with Agent Orange. Like many Vietnamese people, she continues to feel the chemical’s destructive effects. In recent years, Tran has pursued high-profile legal actions against the chemical companies that produced Agent Orange during the war. 
She received a Cultures of Resistance Award (CoR Award) in 2023 and used the award to fund wheelchairs for Agent Orange victims.
