Cultures of Resistance Awardee – Saint Kitts and Nevis
Coral Reef Assistance, Restoration, & Education in Saint Kitts and Nevis (CARE SKN) is committed to protecting coral reefs in the Caribbean. They engage in reef restoration, research, and data collection. Additionally, they run camps for kids and teens to foster love for marine life and teach the importance of coral reefs in the ocean ecosystem. In Saint Kitts and Nevis, they built the first coral nursuries in order to nuture new coral colonies and restore damaged reefs.   
CARE SKN received a Cultures of Resistance Award (CoR Award) in 2023.
