Cultures of Resistance Awardee — Iraq
Imad is a photographer and designer from Baghdad, Iraq. He also works as a barber. His photos and collages are often of life in the city of Baghdad. One of his artistic goals is to show the world that Baghdad is a beautiful and historic city. All his photos are taken on an iPhone 11.
Imad received a Cultures of Resistance Award (CoR Award) in 2021. He used the award to buy a new camera.
