Free Gaza Circus, a non-profit organization founded in 2018, is committed to creating safe and engaging environments for Gaza’s youth. The organization employs circus performances to mitigate psychological stress and the challenges associated with displacement among children. By providing workshops in gymnastics and circus arts, Free Gaza Circus strives to empower young individuals and foster joyful communities, emphasizing the development of physical skills, mental well-being, and community solidarity.
Free Gaza Circus received a Cultures of Resistance Award (CoR Award) in 2024. They used the award to support the emergency needs of their community.
